Our catering is a gastronomic experience made of typical recipes of Piedmont cuisine of the Alta Langa, prepared with local and seasonal products, partly from our farm, according to the km 0 philosophy.

Our farm is immersed in our own hazel groves, we cultivate the IGP Certified Piedmont Hazelnut known as “Tonda gentile delle Langhe”, among the most important products of Alta Langa, our greatest pride.

The breakfast buffet, both sweet and savoury, is prepared with the products of our farm and those of the territory.
